Packages Overview
Naples Wedding Woman offers several packages with prices to fit your needs and circumstances. From a bigger wedding at a hotel or smaller weddings at your home, park or at the beach. The right package is waiting for you. If you have any other special requests or don’t find a package below that works for you. I am happy to curate a package that works for you and your budget.
Package #1
Custom "I Do!" Ceremony
This package includes:
- A consultation and planning “get to know each other” meeting, usually in-person or via video chat or phone
- A unique, customized ceremony written just for you (with your edits and approvals)
- Unlimited Unity Ceremonies
- Help with your personal vows and any other wedding, license or vendor guidance you may need
- 1 Hour early arrival to your ceremony site to help you in any way that we can
- Unlimited guest count and bridal party size
- Unlimited calls and emails
- A printed copy of your ceremony and vows on card stock as a keepsake
- Ceremony processional & recessional coordination consultation
- Coordination with your emcee, musicians, photographer, videographer, wedding planner, event staff, family, and whomever else you wish me to plan with to ensure a perfect ceremony
- Signing your marriage license as your non-denominational officiant/minister
- Certified mailing of your marriage license or in-person drop off to Collier County Court
We charge $595 for writing and performing your beautiful ceremony!

Package #2
"I Do!" Ceremony
This package includes:
- Pre-written beautiful Simple Ceremony
- Up to 50 guest count
- 30 Minute early arrival
- A printed copy of your ceremony and vows on card stock as a keepsake
- 1 Unity Ceremony
- Formal welcome
- Administering the oath of marriage
- Reading of vows
- Exchange of rings
- Pronouncement of marriage and new last name (if applicable)
- Unlimited calls & emails
- Signing your marriage license as your non-denominational officiant/minister
- Certified mailing of your marriage license or in-person drop off to Collier County Court
This non-customized traditional I DO ceremony is only $395.
Please note that this package does not come with a consultation meeting or ceremony customization. If those features are important to you, then consider the Customized “I DO” package.

Package #3
"Quick I Do!" Ceremony
This package includes:
This is a legal signing of your marriage license near our office.
It includes:
- Administering the oath of marriage/Rings
- Signing / mailing of your legal documents via Certified mail
- Unlimited calls / emails
- Up to 2 guests as signing witnesses
- Take pictures
If you prefer a Quick I Do, we charge only $ 225.
*If you would like me to drive to a location outside the 34120 zip code, an extra charge of $50 will apply. This package covers the arrangement of a meeting place at a location near my office.

How to get your Marriage License
- Go to your Collier County Clerk (or different county depending on what’s closest to you)
- Make an appointment to get your license (Both applicants must appear in person at the time of application.)
- License must be brought to wedding
Note: The license must be used within 60 days from the “effective date” on the application. There is a 3-day waiting period for Florida residents ONLY**. This will be waived, when and if, both parties have completed a marriage preparation course and present the certificate of completion at the time of application.
